Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan. There are no cancellation fees or hidden charges.
What happens to my active tickets if I downgrade my plan?
Your existing tickets remain fully accessible and scannable until they expire. Each ticket is valid for 60 days from its creation date, after which it is permanently deleted from our servers. Downgrading your plan does not delete or restrict access to previously created tickets.
How can I get more than 250 tickets per month?
If you need more than 250 tickets per month, Premium members can request a custom limit increase. Please contact our support team, and we will manually update your monthly ticket limit within a few hours.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. TixGD does not store or have access to your credit card details.
