• Payment Information: Payment processing is handled securely by Paystack. TixGD never stores or accesses your credit or debit card details.
• Technical Logs: Your IP address, which is used strictly for rate limiting, security monitoring, and fraud prevention..

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create, manage, and secure your user account.
• To generate, deliver, and verify event tickets.
• To process subscription and ticket payments securely through Paystack.
• To detect, prevent, and mitigate security threats, abuse, or unauthorized access.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We minimize data retention to protect your privacy:

Event Data:Tickets and QR scan logs older than 60 days are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.

Account Deletion: If you request account deletion through your Settings, your account is immediately deactivated. It will be permanently erased after 60 days. Logging back into your account during this 60-day period will cancel the deletion request.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your information is shared only in the following circumstance.

Payment Processing: Payment details are shared with Paystack to complete your transactions. This data handling is governed directly by Paystack's Privacy Policy.

Passwords are securely hashed using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms.
