Event Data:Tickets and QR scan logs older than 60 days are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
Account Deletion: If you request account deletion through your Settings, your account is immediately deactivated. It will be permanently erased after 60 days. Logging back into your account during this 60-day period will cancel the deletion request.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your information is shared only in the following circumstance.
Payment Processing: Payment details are shared with Paystack to complete your transactions. This data handling is governed directly by Paystack's Privacy Policy.
