By creating an account or using TixGD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
TixGD provides tools to design and generate event tickets as PDF or PNG files. All tickets generated are private to your account and are not published or indexed in any public catalog.
Standard and Premium plans are billed monthly via Paystack. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from your account Settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. All subscription fees are non-refundable.
Each plan includes a daily and monthly ticket creation limit as shown on the Pricing page. These limits are enforced automatically by the system and may be adjusted by TixGD at any time.
TixGD reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. Violations include, but are not limited to, fraudulent ticket creation, platform abuse, illegal activities, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
Tickets and verification logs older than 60 days are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. Inactive or deleted accounts are permanently purged after 60 days unless reactivated by logging back in.
TixGD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TixGD shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the misuse of generated tickets, including but not limited to unauthorized event entry or event entry disputes.
All TixGD branding, logos, software, and the design templates provided on the platform remain the exclusive property of TixGD.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TixGD following any changes constitutes your official acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
